Admission

Once your child is offered enrollment at the schools, there are a number of forms that need to be completed and returned to the school before your child attends. These forms include: a developmental history form, a physician's report, current immunization documentation, (if your child is nine months or older a verification of lead paint screening), emergency procedure authorizations, and consent forms. most forms need to be updated annually.

Full Day Program

In order to enroll at the schools a parent must first meet with the director and return the application form with the non-refundable application fee. Upon acceptance into the program, based upon available space, parents are required to pay the Last Half Month's tuition (LHM). The LHM is non-refundable and is credited toward your child's last month at the school, provided your child has been enrolled at the school for at least six months. In order for your LHM to be applied to your final tuition payment, written notice of termination must be made before the first of the month, at least one month prior to your child's last day. Failure to do so may result in loss of LHM. At no time will LHM or partial LHM be refunded.

Tuition

Families with two or more children in the school are entitled to a 10% discount off the lower rate paid. Families with a child currently enrolled at Afterschool are entitled to a 10% discount off the lower rate paid. Parents will be given two months notice of any tuition increases. Parents may pick up days as needed based upon availability, however we are unable to honor any switch days. A daily fee is due for additional days. One month's notice is required in writing to the director to reduce your child's schedule. Siblings and teachers' children have priority on the wait list.

Tuition - Full Day

The tuition is an annual fee. Tuition payments are due monthly prior to the first day of the month. Tuition payments remain the same regardless of holidays, vacations, sickness, snow closings or closings beyond our control. Tuition payments are considered a monthly installment of the annual fee, based on 51 weeks, as the schools close the third week in August. Tuition is due in the office prior to the first of the month. Tuition not in the office by the 3rd (third) of the month will be assessed a $30 late fee, and will continue to be charged an additional $30 late fee for each week late thereafter.

Half Day Preschool

In order to enroll at the Tobin Children's School, a parent should first tour the school and return the application form with a non-refundable, annual application fee of $100. Acceptance into the program is based upon available space. Children will be enrolled on either a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule, Tuesday, Thursday schedule or a Monday through Friday, five day per week schedule. CRCC reserves the right to enroll children based on consistency of number of children per day and age of child.

Tuition - Half Day

Tuition is due in three equal installments - 3/1, 5/1, and 7/1. If a tuition payment is not received when due, your spot will be forfeited to the next person on the wait list. The application fee and annual tuition payments, nor any part of them, are non-refundable and non-transferable as you are committed to what you have contracted for without exception. Parents are responsible for the full annual tuition for 2004-2005 year once the application fee and form has been accepted, and the tuition contract signed.

The annual fee is based on a September through June enrollment, and factors in the tuition free weeks that the Natick Public Schools close for in December, February, and April. Tuition remains the same regardless of days missed due to sickness, holidays or vacations, snow closings or closings beyond our control.

Children's Club/Occasional Care

The Children's Club at Tobin Children's School was created for busy parents who would like a quality socialization experience for their children ages 3 and over. The Children's Club offers you the opportunity to choose your days of attendance on an ongoing or occasional basis.

The Children's Club is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. Enroll all three days a week or one day a week. Children may be signed up on an ongoing basis, or daily basis to meet the needs of your family.

Each afternoon is filled with games, crafts, storytelling and time for a snack. The Children's Club is open during the school year, when public school is in session. All children that attend the Children's Club must be toilet trained. Reservations are recommended. We prefer 24 hour notice.

What should I bring ...

  • Please bring an extra set of clothing for your child.

  • Please provide a packaged snack and juicebox.

  • Feel free to bring a favorite snuggly toy to help your child's drop-off (no videos please).

  • Call 508-653-6300 and ask to speak with a director.

  • Receive an enrollment packet in the mail, complete and return to us. Your enrollment info is valid for one year.

  • Call 24 hours in advance and reserve your spot.

  • Cost per day is $30.00

*10% discount for families enrolled at Afterschool, Tobin Children's School and Westwood Children's School.
